• They will notify us immediately of any changes to their availability or circumstances
• They will not independently approach clients introduced by TTES for a period of 12 months without our prior consent

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee successful placement of any candidate or the fulfilment of any particular role. Recruitment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Tech End Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $500, whichever is greater.
